"When we arrived into our room, the airconditioning was off and the room was extremely hot and could not be cooled off. We complained to the front desk but no offer was made to come up to look to see if they could repair it. We slept very uncomfortably. We also got locked in the bathroom and had to go down a get a special implement to get the door opened. As we were unsure whether we were going to stay the following night, we told the staff we would let them know the next morning before 11:00. At 10:00 a.m. we were told that our room was given away. We had to argue before they let us keep our room."
